What all this leads to is saggy skin which is devoid of moisture.

Although you might not realize it, but worrying does a great deal of harm to your skin. We have all heard people talk about ‘worry lines’ or ‘frown lines’. This is all due to stress. We grimace a great deal when we are worried and this repetitive action causes dynamic wrinkles that make us look much older than we may actually be. As good as you look with a suntan, you might want to think about the long term effects of sunbathing on your skin. Many people know that being in direct sunlight is harmful to their health. But their main concern is often cancer. This frequent sun exposure is also extremely detrimental to your skin as well. The rule of thumb should be that every time you are out in the sun, you should always have protection on. Either wear protective clothing or apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen that has an SPF of 15.
To prevent wrinkles, you should make your diet a priority. Ensure that you follow a healthy diet and that you drink lots of water. Staying out of the sun, at least without protection is also a very good way to go. Try as much as you can to avoid junk food and minimize your sugar intake. With just a little extra care, you can actually keep wrinkles at bay. But this does not mean that you will never get them.
